General Provisions and Eligibility

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement that applies to the use of the zeet buzz platform ("Service") and all its sections — casino, slots, sports betting and live casino. By accessing the platform or creating an account, you are considered to have agreed to the Terms in full.

These Terms must be read together with zeet buzz's Privacy Policy, which governs how users' personal information is collected and used and is considered an integral part of these Terms.

1.1 Age Restriction

Users must be at least 21 years old to use any zeet buzz service. Anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited from creating or using an account. We may request valid proof of age at any time.

1.2 Geographic Restrictions

This service is operated for residents of Bangladesh. Users in regions where online gaming faces legal restrictions use this service at their own risk.

Account Registration and Verification

Each user may hold only one account on zeet buzz. We reserve the right to suspend all accounts if the same person is found to be operating multiple accounts.

2.1 Registration Information

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. Registering with false or incomplete information is a violation of these Terms. Required information includes:

• Full name (as per national ID)
• Active mobile number
• Active email address
• Date of birth

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

In the interest of security and fund protection, zeet buzz may at any time request a copy of a valid government-issued ID to verify a user's identity. Withdrawal requests may be placed on hold until this process is complete.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your password and login details completely confidential. Sharing account information with a third party or transferring the account to another person may result in the account being closed. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify our support team immediately.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

The minimum deposit amount on zeet buzz is ৳200 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. All payments are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

We currently accept deposits and withdrawals via the following methods:

3.2 Withdrawal Processing

Approved withdrawal requests are generally completed within 1 hour. However, withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification is incomplete or if there is an active investigation on the account.

3.3 Ownership of Account Funds

Funds held in an account are for the account holder's personal use only. Depositing via a third party's payment method is not allowed. If this rule is violated, the relevant funds may be confiscated.

3.4 Erroneous Transactions

We reserve the right to reclaim any amount credited to an account by mistake due to a technical error. Any winnings generated using such an amount may also be voided.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

zeet buzz offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. Before withdrawing this bonus, you must complete bets totalling 25 times the bonus amount.

4.1 Wagering Requirement

For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and your balance will be ৳2,000. To withdraw the bonus, you must complete a total of ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 in bets.

4.2 Bonus Terms of Use

• An account is eligible for the welcome bonus only once.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and are not equivalent to cash.
• If you withdraw before meeting the wagering requirement, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Placing bets with a bonus on restricted games may result in the bonus being cancelled.
• zeet buzz reserves the right to change bonus terms or withdraw a bonus at any time.

4.3 VIP Cashback

zeet buzz's VIP programme has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Cashback is paid on weekly net losses at each tier: up to 0.4% at Bronze, up to 0.8% at Silver, up to 1.1% at Gold and up to 1.5% at Platinum. For example, a Gold-tier member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 1.1% = ৳220 cashback.

Gaming Rules and Code of Conduct

All games are conducted fairly and transparently. Users must follow the rules below when betting on the zeet buzz platform.

5.1 Prohibited Conduct

• Using any software, bot or automated method to place bets or operate games.
• Exploiting system errors or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Group bonus abuse or collusion.
• Using multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses or promotions.
• Abusive or threatening behaviour towards other users on the platform.

5.2 Technical Errors and Game Cancellation

If a game cannot be completed or produces an abnormal result due to a technical problem, we reserve the right to cancel the bets for that game and refund the staked amount. There will be no obligation to pay out winnings displayed in a cancelled game.

5.3 Betting Limits

Each game and betting section has specific minimum and maximum betting limits, which are displayed in the game interface. zeet buzz may change these limits at any time.

6.1 Self-Exclusion Policy

Any user may request to have their account temporarily or permanently closed. Once a self-exclusion request is made, no promotional messages will be sent to the account during that period. Requests to lift self-exclusion must be made through the support team and may take some time to take effect.

7.1 App Usage Restrictions

Modifying the app's source code, reverse engineering it or redistributing it is strictly prohibited. Attempting to place bets via automated methods through the app or to interfere with the app's functionality will result in account suspension.

Account Suspension and Closure

zeet buzz reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Registering with false or fraudulent information.
• Failure to cooperate with identity verification.
• Suspicion of money laundering or fraudulent transactions.
• Evidence of bot or automated method usage.

10.1 Funds in Closed Accounts

If an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, funds in the account may be confiscated. However, if an account is closed at the user's own request or for other reasonable grounds, the remaining funds will be returned via the designated method.

Limitation of Liability

zeet buzz provides the platform on an "As Is" basis. zeet buzz bears no liability for compensation if the service is temporarily unavailable due to technical issues, internet disruption or any other reason.

11.1 Indirect Losses

zeet buzz is not liable for any loss of winnings, loss of data or other indirect losses. Our total liability will not in any circumstances exceed the amount of the transaction in question.

Changes to the Terms and Their Effect

zeet buzz reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. A notice will be displayed on the platform before any changes take effect. Continuing to use the platform after the changes means you are considered to have agreed to the updated Terms.
